Founded Company
Founded by Satnam Johal in 1980, Alpine Building Maintenance Inc. was named after the picturesque alpine view of the Rocky Mountains in its then hometown of Kamloops, British Columbia. Initially servicing a single site, Alpine rapidly paved its way towards a promising future by expanding its reach and services to clients in regional, rural, and remote locations, consistently exceeding their high expectations.

Our retail experience begins with our very first client, a local much-loved grocery chain store in Revelstoke BC.

Alpine proudly obtained the ISSA-CIMS Certification, showcasing our dedication to upholding high industry standards. Later, we also accomplished the ISSA-CIMS GB Certification, demonstrating our commitment to provide tailored cleaning services that help our clients secure points under the LEED for Existing Buildings: Operations and Maintenance (LEED EB: O&M) Green Building Rating System, further solidifying our dedication to environmentally conscious practices.

Over the years, Alpine's relentless work ethic and robust customer relationships fueled its rapid expansion both geographically and in service offerings. As a result, the company acquired ?company X? to successfully extended its reach to Ontario and beyond, showcasing the power of dedication and a customer-centric approach in driving growth and success.

Alpine's acquisition of Domus Building Cleaning Company Limited in Ottawa facilitated expansion into the nation’s capital. Domus, known for its diverse portfolio and excellent reputation, is one of the largest cleaning companies in the capital region, with a 400+ workforce servicing over 12 million square feet annually across various sectors.
